Who we are
Dynamic Hair Salon, Unit 21, Brightwell Barns, Waldringfield Road, Brightwell, Ipswich IP10 0BJ. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.
What we collect and why
If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply to your enquiry. That is the only reason we use it. We do not add you to any marketing list, and consent boxes on this site are never pre-ticked.
Bookings
Appointments are handled by Acuity Scheduling (part of Squarespace). When you book, the details you enter are processed by Acuity under its own privacy policy, and shared with the salon so we can provide your appointment.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted. Booking records are kept in line with normal salon record-keeping.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the salon address above, or message us on Instagram, and we will respond to a subject access request within one month. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Embedded services (the Acuity booking calendar and the Google map) may set their own cookies when they load, under their own policies.
